Design on Demand is a flexible creative service that gives your business access to professional design support whenever you need it, without the commitment of hiring an in-house designer. Simply submit your requests and share your brief, and we’ll take care of the creative process according to your selected plan.

Yes. Every website includes 15 days of post-launch support at no extra cost, covering bug fixes, clarifications and minor adjustments.

After that, our monthly maintenance package keeps your website secure, stable and up to date. It includes WordPress, plugin and theme updates, security monitoring and spam protection, performance checks, automated backups with 30-day retention, multilingual and broken-link checks, light content support (small text edits, image replacements, menu updates) and email support with a response within 1–2 business days, including emergency support for critical issues.

New features, redesigns, new page templates, content creation or translation and advanced SEO are quoted separately.

Yes. Hosting is mandatory for every website we build, at a fixed fee of €70 per year. You can choose to pay for 1, 2 or 3 years upfront. Please note that if the hosting fee is not paid by its renewal date, the website will be taken offline until payment is received.

Yes. Copywriting and basic SEO are included in our website proposals, so your content is clear, consistent and ready to be found from day one.

Once you submit our contact form and accept our website’s Terms & Conditions, we’ll review your request and send you a tailored commercial proposal. If you decide to move forward, the collaboration officially begins once your payment has been confirmed. By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Projects are paid in two instalments: 70% upon approval of the proposal and 30% upon final delivery. Work begins once the first payment has been confirmed.

To keep your project on schedule, we’ll ask you for all the necessary business information (services, positioning, content), your brand assets (logo, visual identity, images) and timely feedback and approvals.

Timelines depend on the complexity and scope of each project. We’ll provide an estimated delivery schedule before getting started, so you know what to expect.

All our quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to review and adjust the proposed pricing.

We value timelines and believe that clear communication and mutual commitment are essential to a successful project. If a project remains on hold for more than 15 consecutive days due to pending client feedback, approvals, or required materials, an additional fee equivalent to 60% of the total project value will apply before work can resume.

Payments already made are non-refundable, and any work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable.

Absolutely. All information you share with us is kept confidential throughout the project.

All final deliverables become your property once the project has been paid in full. Belamo Studio retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.

Unless otherwise agreed, our proposals do not include domain purchase, photography or videography, or paid advertising campaigns. We’re happy to advise you on trusted partners for these.

Yes. We collaborate remotely with brands and businesses worldwide, making it easy to work together regardless of location. Our working languages are English, French and Portuguese, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout every project.
