By accessing or using the Belamo Studio website, submitting an enquiry through our contact form, or engaging our creative services, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions.

Submitting a contact form does not constitute a service agreement or an obligation to purchase our services.

A contractual collaboration begins when the client accepts a commercial proposal and the required initial payment has been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By proceeding with payment, the client confirms their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

• One-off or ongoing creative design support.

Services are provided according to the scope, deliverables and conditions established in each commercial proposal.

Any service or deliverable not expressly included in the approved proposal is considered additional work and may require a separate quotation.

4. ENQUIRIES, PROPOSALS & PROJECT CONFIRMATION

Clients may submit a project enquiry through the Belamo Studio contact form.

Information provided through the form is used to understand the client’s needs, project requirements, desired services and preferred timeline.

Following an initial assessment, Belamo Studio may provide a tailored commercial proposal outlining the project scope, deliverables, pricing and estimated timeline.

All quotations remain valid for 15 calendar days from their date of issue.

After this period, Belamo Studio reserves the right to review and adjust the proposed pricing, scope or availability.

A project is officially confirmed once the proposal has been accepted and the initial payment has been received.

Belamo Studio is not required to begin work or reserve production time before payment confirmation.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are paid in two instalments:

• 70% of the total project value upon acceptance of the commercial proposal.
• 30% of the total project value upon final delivery.

Work begins only after the initial payment has been confirmed.

The final payment becomes due upon final delivery, according to the approved proposal.

Additional services, revisions or deliverables outside the original project scope may be invoiced separately.

Belamo Studio reserves the right to suspend work or withhold final deliverables while outstanding payments remain unpaid, subject to applicable law.

Any applicable taxes, payment fees or additional charges will be specified in the commercial proposal or invoice.

6. PROJECT TIMELINES & DELIVERY

Project timelines depend on the nature, complexity and scope of the requested services.

An estimated delivery schedule will be communicated before the project begins.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding deadlines in writing.

The client acknowledges that project timelines depend on timely communication, delivery of necessary materials, feedback and approvals.

Belamo Studio cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information, late client responses, changes to the approved scope or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Where such delays occur, delivery dates may be adjusted accordingly.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure an efficient collaboration, the client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials required for the project.

This may include:

• Business information, brand positioning and service descriptions.
• Existing logos, brand guidelines and visual assets.
• Written content, images and other relevant materials.
• Access credentials or technical information where required.
• Timely feedback, decisions and approvals.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials supplied to Belamo Studio are accurate, lawful and authorised for use.

Belamo Studio is not responsible for copyright infringements or third-party claims arising from materials supplied by the client without the necessary permissions.

8. PROJECT DELAYS & REACTIVATION FEES

Belamo Studio values clear communication and mutual commitment throughout the creative process.

If a project remains on hold for more than 45 consecutive calendar days due to pending client feedback, approvals, required information or materials, an additional fee equivalent to 30% of the total project value will apply before work can resume.

This fee reflects the disruption to project scheduling, resource allocation and the additional coordination required to reactivate the project.

The client will be informed of the applicable reactivation fee before work resumes.

Any revised delivery schedule will depend on Belamo Studio’s availability.

This provision applies subject to mandatory applicable law.

9. REVISIONS, APPROVALS & ADDITIONAL WORK

Each project includes the deliverables and revision arrangements expressly defined in the approved commercial proposal.

Belamo Studio does not provide unlimited revisions unless specifically agreed in writing.

Requests involving substantial changes to the approved creative direction, additional deliverables or modifications beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all submitted deliverables, including text, spelling, dates, contact details, visuals and technical information.

Once a deliverable has been formally approved and finalised, further changes are not included in the original project price.

Any modifications requested after approval may result in additional fees and revised delivery dates.

This does not exclude corrections or remedies required under applicable law.

10. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If a client decides to cancel a project after its confirmation, payments already made are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any work completed, services performed, or expenses incurred up to the cancellation date remain billable.

Where applicable, outstanding amounts relating to completed work or committed expenses may become payable.

In situations where a cancellation or client dissatisfaction results from a failure demonstrably attributable to Belamo Studio, a partial or full refund may be granted upon the presentation of supporting evidence or documentation substantiating the claim.

Each case will be assessed individually, taking into account the specific circumstances, services provided, and responsibility established, without prejudice to the client’s statutory rights.

Belamo Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate a collaboration in the event of persistent non-payment, serious breach of contractual obligations, or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law.

Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights remain unaffected.

11. WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Website projects follow a structured creative and technical process, which may include:

1. Initial briefing and project requirements.
2. UX/UI design and wireframes.
3. Visual mockups and interactive prototypes.
4. Client review and approval.
5. Website development.
6. Testing, final adjustments and launch.

The specific stages, functionality and deliverables are determined by the approved proposal.

Belamo Studio develops responsive websites intended to provide a consistent experience across common devices and screen sizes.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving website content and functionality before launch.

Any new functionality, additional pages or significant structural changes requested outside the approved scope may be quoted separately.

12. WEBSITE HOSTING

Hosting is mandatory for every website developed by Belamo Studio under its standard website offering.

The hosting fee is fixed at €35 per year.

Clients may choose to pay for one, two or three years in advance.

Hosting fees are separate from website design and development fees unless expressly included in the approved proposal.

Hosting must be renewed before the end of the paid hosting period.

If the hosting fee is not paid by the renewal date, the website will be taken offline until payment is received.

The client is responsible for ensuring that hosting payments are made on time to avoid interruptions.

Any additional hosting-related services not included in the standard arrangement may be quoted separately.

Clients may choose to migrate their website to another hosting provider, and additional fees may apply for migration services provided by Belamo Studio.

13. WEBSITE MAINTENANCE & POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT

Every website developed by Belamo Studio includes 15 days of post-launch support at no additional cost.

This initial support period covers:

• Bug fixes.
• Clarifications.
• Minor adjustments related to the delivered website.

Following this period, clients may subscribe to a separate monthly website maintenance package.

The website maintenance package requires a mandatory minimum commitment of 3 consecutive months. By subscribing to this service, the client agrees to maintain the subscription and fulfill the corresponding payment obligations throughout the initial 3-month period.

The maintenance package includes:

• WordPress, plugin and theme updates.
• Security monitoring and spam protection.
• Performance checks.
Automated backups with 30-day retention.
• Multilingual functionality and broken-link checks.
• Light content support, including minor text edits, image replacements and menu updates.
• Email support with a response target of 1–2 business days.
• Emergency support for critical website issues.

Maintenance services do not include new features, major redesigns, new page templates, new content creation, translations or advanced SEO services.
These services are quoted separately.

Maintenance fees, billing periods and any additional conditions will be established in the relevant maintenance proposal or agreement.

After the initial 3-month commitment, continuation, renewal or cancellation of the maintenance service will be subject to the conditions established in the maintenance agreement and applicable law.

14. COPYWRITING & SEO

Copywriting and basic SEO are included in Belamo Studio’s standard website proposals.

These services aim to ensure that website content is clear, consistent and structured for search engine visibility.

Basic SEO does not constitute a guarantee of search engine rankings, website traffic, sales or business performance.

Advanced SEO strategies, ongoing optimisation campaigns and additional content production are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

All original concepts, preliminary designs, illustrations, layouts, graphic elements, proposals and creative materials developed by Belamo Studio remain the intellectual property of Belamo Studio or their respective rights holders until the applicable rights have been transferred.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment of the project.
